I have no problem saying that this last winter was tough on us. It helped to know that Iowans felt that this last winter was one of the longest and snowiest in decades. You just have to keep busy, keep your mind off the cold, and plan for many interior projects. We each packed on a nice winter layer of fat to keep us warm. It’s slowly coming off….
