We are in La Crosse, Wisconsin for a top-notch conference on organic agriculture hosted by MOSES. Our heads are spinning with all the information we are attaining and the alternative ways to farm. Cover crops are a huge benefit to creating a healthy soil structure! Besides cover crops, there are many things we would like to implement on our farm to make our soils productive and healthy.
